Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Eastern) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

Truck shipments will be shipped the same day for orders taken before 12:00 PM. Shipments will include shipping and handling.

Expedited shipments are available upon request.

Citadel will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay once this leaves our facility.

All shipments are F.O.B. from original ship point.

Citadel will not be responsible for any freight promotions that are shipping outside the domestic 48 states. * This means customer is responsible for all freight costs that are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico regardless of order value.
